Welcome to the blog of BJJ GENT.

We are training under THOMAS ZENTHNER from the SEQUANA ACADEMY in Brussels.

Thomas is a 20 years old purple belt who teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both Brussels and Gent. He currently studies physical education and has won so far pretty much anything that was to win in his category. He started BJJ around the age of 12 and quickly became a force to be reckon with. He's a mutliple times BJJ belgian champion and still competes at top level as well as giving BJJ classes every day.

His BJJ is strongly influenced by the De La Riva style and his grappling is phenomenal.

Whether you're looking at improving your fight game or your self-defense skills or even just keeping in touch with your condition, BJJ is a combat sport made for everybody, from kids to women, youngers, olders... BJJ is open to anybody willing to learn. You dont need to be a top athlete to start BJJ. You just need the correct mindset.
